Miller 33.16-Z.15 Very Scarce VF 1787 DBL Connecticut Colonial Copper W-3615W-3615 (Whitman reference number), also traditionally known as a Miller 33.16-Z.15 DBL (draped bust left) 1787 Connecticut Colonial Copper coin.
No significant problems of any kind other than a couple of minor as-made (natural) planchet flaws on the obverse side.
The original surfaces are smooth & glossy with attractive light tobacco brown color.
"Much smoother & glossier than my photos show it to be".
All legends and devices are complete & clear.
The rims are nice and smooth with no bumps or bruises.
This coin has a bold & full 1787 date, it has not been cleaned, it weights 109.5 grains, it is in About VF condition, and has nice eye-appeal.
This variety is listed as a very scarce URS-9 (traditional R4) in Whitman's rarity scale.
