    Matron head large cent counterstamped with flowered or rayed device.. This type of sun rays stamp was said to be used in the West Indies on the isle of Viequeor crab island. I think that has been debunked. There many stamps but Liberty's head and part of the word liberty can be made out....cent on the teverse.
