    Description

    PCGS authenticated and graded MS 64 BN. Attractive tan brown and faded mint red. Excellent eye appeal and surfaces with hardly any evidence of die rust.
    So called "New Haven Restrike" although now believed to be produced around 1860 and are neither restrikes nor from New haven. Produced by Horatio Rust with dies from John Hampden Lovett, issued by Augustus B. Sage in his Numismatic Gallery series in 1859.
